Zaida Violan is a communications consultant specialising in contemporary art. Based between London and Berlin. She works internationally, bringing a decade of experience collaborating with art institutions and foundations, artists’ studios, galleries, and market-facing initiatives.
A fundraising neophiliac, she is increasingly interested in how communication can shape new models of patronage and sponsorship – advising on narratives and strategies to articulate value, urgency, and social relevance in a shifting funding landscape. Previously, she was Head of the Arts Unit at the PR firm Bureau N and held roles with Tomás Saraceno and MACBA (Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona), among others.
